3 cups of Fully Cooked ½” Diced All White Chicken
1/3 cup of finely chopped celery
¾ cup of peeled chopped apples
1/3 cup of chopped walnuts
½ cup of mayo

Mix together, season to taste with salt & pepper, chill and eat

Keep chicken frozen: mix ingredients and store in the refrigerator over night – It will be thawed, chilled and ready to eat the next morning!
