Our Marietta, Georgia, plant dresses live heavy fowl before sending them to Rockmart, Georgia, or we partner with leading broiler producers to source dressed broilers. The fowl or broilers are fully cooked in our State-of-the-Art continuous cooker or the more traditional Mueller kettle cooker system.

Every bite of chicken meat has been cooked to perfection and then hand de-boned by our trained staff. After thorough inspection for bones and extraneous material, we dice the meat to meet your requirements before again re-inspecting the meat. Our product is individually quick frozen (I.Q.F.) and screened to reduce oversized and undersized pieces.
